CANCELLATION/ PREPAYMENT
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type. Please check below what conditions may apply to each option when making your selection.
In case of a FREE CANCELLATION reservation, no prepayment is needed at the property but your credit card details are required to guarantee your booking up to your arrival at the hotel.
- If cancelled up to 4PM on the same day of arrival, no charge will be applied. Bookings cancelled after, or in case of no-show, will be billed at a cost equivalent to the price of the first night.
In case of a NON-REFUNDABLE reservation, a full deposit equivalent to the total amount of the reservation will be charged to your credit card on the moment of the booking. The reservation cannot be cancelled or modified
When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
In the event of a dispute, Belgian law shall apply with the courts of Liège having jurisdiction in settlement thereof, without prejudice to the Act dated 06.04.2010 on trading practices and consumer protection.
